What is your return policy for scooters and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Micro Kickboard products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

How do I know which scooter size is right for my child?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on height and weight. Generally, the Mini is for ages 2-5, and the Maxi is for ages 5-12.
